Job description:

• Identify training needs through evaluating strengths and weaknesses
• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
• Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses – Gap Analysis
• Identify training needs according to needs – Needs Assessment
• Build annual training program and present reports – KSA Analysis
• Present all the technical and supply training requirements
• Prepare annaul budget for training programs and workshops
• Coordinate Mandatory Training Matrix
• Oversee employee attendance and performance – Kickpatrick Evaluation
• Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
• Creating a coaching culture in the organisation
• Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
• Prepare Performance Scorecards and KPIs
• Develop Individual performance plans
• Arrange social events and teambuildings
• Lead ISO Audit findings

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a L&D Specialist or similar role
• 2 years of experience with Project coordination experence
• Proficiency in English language
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
• Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
• Proven ability to master the full training cycle
• Excellent decision making and organizational skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software
• BS degree in Education Management or related field.
