Responsibilities:
- Interpretaion
- Answering phone calls/switchboard
- Preparing official letters in Azeri, Russian, English
- Arrangement of document translation and notarization
- Correspondence with clients
- Handling office inventory
- Arranging tea/coffee for director and guests of company
- Other administrative job
Requirements:
- Fluent English, Azerbaijani and Russian
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email)
- Bachelor degree
- Office equipment handling
