Requirements:
- Min 2 years’ experience.
- Fluent Azerbaijani, advanced Russian, English is an advantage.
- Advanced user of MS Office and office equipment.
- High performance of communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, emails.
- To procure office tools.
- Control of meeting schedule and visitors procedure.
- Reporting staff attendance by exporting report from software.
- Execution of relative tasks.
