Job descriptions:
- Provide general support to visitors
- Review and approve office supply purchases
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
- Manage executives’ schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Managing office budget
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
- Ability to prioritize work
Terms and conditions:
- Working schedule: Monday – Friday
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
- Starting salary (net) – AZN 550
