- Readiness to work in multitasking mode in quickly-changing environment / market
- Readiness to study the sales process of technically complex. Technical experience in system integration solutions can be a plus, however, is not determinative if the candidate is ready to get insight into complex IT-solutions sales process quickly.
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to perform assigned tasks independently
- Initiative on ideas and plans for development within the working scope. And determination in the implementation of those ideas and plans.
- Ability to think “outside of the box”, without the stereotypes of the previous experience
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Broad-based knowledge is a plus
Job scope (non-exhaustive list):
- Recruit and develop new partners
- Collaborate with new and existing partners in their projects: help in finding new opportunities, commercial offer preparation, follow-up and successful closure of these projects.
- Business development and marketing plans preparation, implementation of those plans
- Meetings / presentations with partners. Involvement them in cooperation with Distributor
- Cooperation with vendors (projects registration, partner`s programs, etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience of sales on market of telecommunication and IT in Azerbaijan more than 2 years.
