Summary: Manage all business processes related to the dealership and distributor structure and ensuring their coordination with the relevant departments. Create and manage all CRM dates. Monitor and report the of contractual processes related to dealerships. Prepare monitoring, reporting of dealership contract processes and all reports related to current senior management.

Reporting to: Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • List retailing requests and transfer them to the relevant units;
  • Provide external communication channels in accordance with the partnership structure;
  • Create retailer CRM dates and keep up-to-date information;
  • Follow-up and report the accounting processes about retailer’s deposits, damage amounts and etc;
  • Provide support in business processes where the sales team is responsible;
  • Be a transmission / control point in the internal communication channels of the sales team;
  • Monitor and report the contractual processes related to dealerships;
  • Support senior management decisions to be delegated to the field;
  • Coordinate between the field and other departments;
  • Report to the field team about the processes and consolidation like addres change requests;
  • Ensure labor coordination between reporting and analysis departments;
  • Support the determination of the needs of the sales department in outsourcing services;
  • Follow-up for dealer needs such as POP and game materials and support for operational activities;
  • Direct the sales team in matters such as legislation and regulation;
  • Coordinate the software and hardware development / improvement works for dealers;
  • Create the schedule of workflows within the area of responsibility and controll the process;

Requirements:

  • Good command of the Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge and experience with common monitoring and reporting tools for CRM, Sales and Marketing
  • Strong skills for archive management, filing and reporting
  • Knowledge of the MS Office programs in advanced level
