HR Specialist

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily documentation of HR related activities (prepare hiring and termination documents, annual and maternity leave documents, work with Electron
• Government Portals);
• Keep personnel files and employee records up to date;
• Assist in in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process, reviewing resumes;
• Process accurate and timely reporting to government bodies
• Research, analyze and resolve HR and payroll-related problems or questions.
• Prepare documents for compulsory insuarance.

Main Requirements

• University degree in economy, business administration, finance or other related fields;
• Good knowledge of Labor Code;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR department;
• Strong computer skills in office programs, 1C system, Electron Government Portals;
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material;
• Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
• Communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills;
• English and Russian language skills will be advantage.
