• MS Office
• Fluency in Azerbaijani
• Fluency in Russian
• Basic knowledge of English

Background:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience

Expertise:

• Customer Service
• Customer Experience
• CRM systems and practices

Working conditions:

• 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00
• Office near Port Baku Residence (Uzeyir Hacibeyov str 57)
• Fast paced work environment
• Young team
