Requirements:

• Knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Domain infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, Print Serve, File Server)
• Basic knowledge of network devices (switches, access points) and VOIP devices (IP Telephone, etc.,)
• Professional certification is preferable. (e.g.  CompTIA A+, CCNA).
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of English (good), Azerbaijani (fluent)
• Education:  Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science
