Main responsibilities:
- Supports Commercial Director in drawing up the sales action plan of the respective segments and drawing up of sales targets on the basis of an exact market analysis and with the aim of optimal room occupancy and high accommodation revenues
- Planning, co-ordination and implementing of all sales trips in the designated territory by agreement with the Commercial Director in the most efficient and optimal wa
- Identification of potential new corporate accounts and assuring the corresponding sales activities to win these customers
- Manage a given portfolio of clients on a proactive basis
- Manage RFP process
- Work with Area Support Office and Senior Hotel Management team to develop short and long-term sales strategies together
- Train and support new Team Members and Sales Representatives
Requirements:
- Be well-versed in the hospitality market and ahead of the market trends
- Minimum two years experience in Sales Department in Hospitality industry or related industries (Airline,Tourism,Event Planning)
- Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented sales person
- Good communication and social skills
- Experience in people management is of advantage
- Experience with Opera is of advantage
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian
