Bureau Veritas Azerbaijan is looking for QA Coordinator

Duration: Long Term
Reports to: Country Representative
Location: Baku and Around Offshore/Onshore

Purpose: to effectively direct, manage and coordinate the complete HSE Assurance, and to ensure the optimization of human, material and equipment resources and to ensure that the company objectives relating to cost, quality, safety, and customer service are achieved.

Job Desription:

• Review and prepare procedures and processes for production.
• Analyze data, create reports and communicate feedback.
• Train teams to reduce quality problems and increase understanding of quality goals.
• Document current state, risks, and process improvement goals.
• Ensure the implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Reviews and evaluates employees’ medical records, applying quality assurance criteria.
• Selects specific topics for review, such as problem procedures, high volume cases, high risk cases, or other factors.
• Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings.
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Monitoring and reporting on all quality related activities, processes, and procedures.
•  Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
• Determining data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans.
• Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies.
• Assisting with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures.
• Providing departments with quality planning and support.
  Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
• Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.
• ISO 17020, ISO 17021

Qualification: 5 years in related field
International project experience
English (Advanced)

Preferred:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• ISO9001 Lead Auditor
• ISO14001 / ISO 45001-2018 Internal Auditor
