Sales Coordinator

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Organizing sales visits
• Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business
• Coordinates activities related to booked business with other departments
  Willing to manage additional responsibilities and duties as required
• Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition.
• Involvement in the hotel’s sales activities plan
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Giving potential customers tours of the facilities
• Attend all Sales meetings and other meetings as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Desire to learn and advance within the Sales and Marketing team/division
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Previous Sales & Marketing experience is advantage
• Good languages skills (English and Russian)
