Junior Tender Specialist

RESPONSİBİLİTİES:

• Maintains and updates a running database of submitted tenders with clarifications, negotiations, meetings etc;
• Identifies and proposes improvements to existing tender flows;
• Delivers the Tender Proposal in any format, anywhere on time;
• Participates in presentations and workshops on Tender-related matters when requested;
• Closely interact with colleagues from technical and sales team in order to meet all client expectations.
• Offers support to the commercial, technical documentation to compile tender proposals;
• Provides support for collecting all necessary documentation and for drawing up the tendering folders;
• Ensures full compliance with customer tender compliance requirements;
• Offers support for submission and preparation of tenders;
• Identifies opportunities to participate in public procurement procedures

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Technical and economics skills;
• Effective communication skills;
• Organizational and time management skills;
• Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated;
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office package;
• Good knowledge of: Azerbaijani, English Russian
