Health Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Assure support related to health section during bidding process
• Arrange and establish contracts/ agreements with third party hospitals/ clinics for constant provision of necessary both emergency and routine medical services and coverage
• Coordinate the identification of authorized local third-party hospitals/ clinics for pre-employment and periodical medical checks up
• Arrange implementation of alcohol and drugs control program (with assistance of other departments)
• Select and nominate qualified medical personnel (Doctors, Nurses) for medical structures/ clinics on site/ Project who meet necessary criteria
• Arrange equipping of the medical structures with all necessary medical equipment, consumables, medicines and other non-medical stuff, and assure that they are always available in sufficient quantities
• Control distribution of first aid equipment in different strategic site locations to guarantee rapid and effective medical assistance during emergency
• Ensure proper management of hygienic and sanitary issues – fresh water, catering, pest control, legionella prevention etc
• Extend the Health Management System to sub-Contractors’ employees (as per contractual details);

Job Requirements:

• University degree, minimum bachelor (Az Med University)
• Min. 10 years work exp. In Oil & Gas,
• Proficient in Ms Office (Excell, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Offshore medical knowledge
• Azerbaijani -advanced, English – upper intermediate
• Medical Diploma, BOSIET, STCW
• Must have good communication skills and be a highly organized
• Team player
