Your main job responsibilities:

• To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• To define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• To ensure resource availability and allocation
• To develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• To manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• To establish relationships and coordinate internal resources/third parties/vendors/state agencies for the flawless execution of projects
• To measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• To perform risk management to minimize project risks
• To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• To track project performance to ensure successful completion of short and long-term goals
• To meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• To provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members;

Your education and work experience:

• Higher education
• PMP / IPMA certification
• 6 years and more of work experience in a similar field;

Your skills and competencies:

• Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian language;
• Previous telecom experience
• Knowledge of project management processes such as Scrum and Agile
• Knowledge of of Microsoft Office programs and related PM software at professional user level ;
• Excellent partner facing and internal communication skills;
• Time management and goal setting
• Working under stress
• Strong analytical skills
