PREREQUISITES/QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years previous experience in Supply Chain, Inventory or Warehouse Management
• Able to operate software applications as applicable to position. Good verbal and written English language skills and able to effectively communicate with all team members and stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with Supply Chain personnel and project teams to ensure tasks are understood, technical, queries are answered, deliveries are expedited as required
• Monitor equipment movement to site/warehouse from Company’s other locations or facilities
• Comply with local customs rules and regulations regarding the shipment of equipment, parts and goods.
• Receive and issue parts and equipment to and from the warehouse/site
• Ensure that all shipments to and from the warehouse/site are properly logged and documented in accordance with company procedures or requirements set out by direct spervisor
• Prepare shipping lists, conduct receipt of goods check, and process
• Maintain accurate records of received and outstanding requisitions and cargo manifests
• Maintain an accurate log of all company equipment delivered to and sent from site
• Report any shipment discrepancies (overages, shortages & damages) and other issues to the supply chain department
• Maintain current accurate inventory of equipment stored on board company operated vessel(s)
• Update management on the expediting of purchase orders, materials and shipments en route, etc and prepare reports as required
