Your main job responsibilities:
- To provide high quality service to customers based on relevant instruction
- To investigate and solve requests of customers
- To operate relevant sales transactions
- To register incoming requests and re-direct to the relevant departments
- To prepare relevant reports
- To fulfill assigned targets (monthly)
Your education and work experience:
- University Degree or Vocational school/college
- Experience with customer services and sales is a plus
Your skills and competencies:
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Communication skills
- Prompt
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani (fluent) and Russian (good) languages
- MS Office programs
