Your main job responsibilities:

• To provide high quality service to customers based on relevant instruction
• To investigate and solve requests of customers
• To operate relevant sales transactions
• To register incoming requests and re-direct to the relevant departments
• To prepare relevant reports
• To fulfill assigned targets (monthly)

Your education and work experience:

• University Degree or Vocational school/college
• Experience with customer services and sales is a plus

Your skills and competencies:

• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Communication skills
• Prompt
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani (fluent) and Russian (good) languages
• MS Office programs
