Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a university preferably in Engineering, Statistics, and other related departments
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager etc. (including minimum 1 year of digital agency experience)
• Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads is critical
• Experienced in performance tracking with utm parameters (and pixel data)
• Able to prepare and analyze conversion/interaction reports, (experienced in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager tools)
• Ability to carry out joint SEM projects with agencies and in-house departments (IT, Product, Content,..) with high communication skills,
• Proficiency in MS Excel,
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Problem solver and proactive thinker with decision-making ability
• Highly motivated, dynamic, result oriented,
• Fluency in English both written and oral

Nice to have:

• Experience with App marketing
• Yandex Metrica, Google Data Studio, Firebase, Adjust knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and analyze Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Criteo, Twitter, Linkedin and other PPC campaigns
• Improve the performance and ROAS(Return on Ad Spend) of the paid marketing campaigns
• Cooperate and work together with local&global SEM agencies and Google Dublin Office
• Perform A/B tests such as landing page, audience, bidding and creative on different networks
• KPI optimization of search, display, app and video campaigns
• Focus on App install and re-engagement campaigns
• Research and analyze competitors, industry trends, and markets
• Tracking campaign performance daily, weekly and monthly
• Reporting and analyzing online marketing investments via facebook reports, google analytics custom report and google ads reports and other format reports
