Key responsibilities:

• Recruitment and training of Panel Assistants.
• Monitoring and managing activities of Panel Assistants.
• Maintenance of the “panel master files”, which contain all of the required information about panel homes’ demographic characteristics. The Panel Team Leader is responsible for the accuracy of the data kept on these databases.
• Provision of panel member & technician support during the week & weekends; monitoring of a free phone line (available for TAM panel members) on a daily basis, including Public Holidays.
• Liaison with panel households to ensure the highest quality co-operation from members of the panel.
• Dealing with and resolving panel member queries (usually via telephone).
• If necessary, coordinating the installation of the TV metering equipment in the panel household.
• Daily monitoring of key performance indicators as agreed with MARSA’s management.
• Organizing Field Technician visits in conjunction with the Technical Manager (responsible for Field Technicians).
• Panel homes recruitment activities.
• Application of quality control checks.
• Daily verification of Work Orders.
• Preparing or verifying daily, weekly and monthly quality checks and reports.
• Insuring confidentiality of panel members’ information and documents she/he has access to.
• Continuous improvement of professional training for Panel Management team.

• Well-organized person
• Ability to work in team & good communication skills
• Ability to work towards deadlines
• Ability to deal with routine work
• Experience of managing teams
• Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office applications
• Medium or higher education
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, good written and spoken English skills in order to communicate with international companies.
