Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all Administrative tasks for the office
- Answer phone calls, takedistribute messages accordingly
- Main the reception, receive and assist guests
- Documents dispatch via courier or post office, and update dispatch log
- Distribute, mailsdocuments received via courier
- Inventoryreplenish of office supplies
- Maintain and update admin file•
- Other job related to Admin Dept.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to multitask
- Quick to learn
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Fluent knowledge of Russian and Azerbaijani
Salary: 500 AZN
