External Procurement Specialist

Job duties:

• To ensure uninterrupted supply of all structures and divisions of the company;
• Search, analysis and selection of suppliers of raw materials and chemical additives;
• Delivery of product, logistics organisation;
• Quality control of purchased goods;
• Activity reports to function manager

Salary: Negotiable

Work conditions:

• Job type: full-time Monday-Friday;
• Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm;
• Workplace- Baku, Azerbaijan (Head office)

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Age limit: 25-45;
• Language skills (Proficient in Azerbaijani, Russian, English);
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and Outlook;
• Experience in External Procurement and Supply is mandatory (knowledge of chemistry, experience in purchasing chemical raw materials, knowledge of the basics of international trade is essential);
• Good Analytical and communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of pricing methods and strategies;
• Experience in preparing procurement documents;
• Knowledge in procurement contracts;
• Experience working with customs; knowledge of customs clearance rules; logistics
• Be available for business trips.
