Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fulfil orders placement
- Verify order documents against vendor`s rules
- Accurate data entry and order placement confirmation
- Monitor and communicate order status to the sales team
- Coordinate order placement issues to resolution
- Full understanding of entrusted vendor`s orders management rules
- Independent orders handling
- Proper monitoring and communication within corporate team
Requirements:
- Higher education (economics, logistics)
- Knowledge of English, Russian and Azeri
- Successful 1 experience (internship) in logistics is an advantage
- Experienced user of MS Excel, Word
