Sales Executive

International brand hotel, located in the heart of city Staybridge Suites Baku (An IHG Hotel) is looking for leisure segment Sales Executive who is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Sales Executive will work in conjunction with the sales team to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively attain assigned sales and revenue goals
• Proactively conduct solicitation calls and conduct sales tours.
• Monitor and evaluate trends within market segment.
• Develop a full working knowledge and policies of the hotel and sales department
• Maintain strong visibility in local community and industry organizations as applicable.
• May assist in implementing and/or participating in special promotions relating to direct sales segments
• Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings and any other functions required by management.
• Perform any other duties as requested by Director of Sales & Marketing Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of previous hotel sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English, Russian languages
• Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks; strong organization and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape and revenue management.
