Main responsibilities:
- To control of photo shooting processes and styling
- Going to the store/stock and choosing the items
- While choosing paying attention to the styling, matching
- Choosing shoes to the general look
- Organizing their logistics to the studio and back
- While in studio ironing the items
- Styling the looks on the model
- Directing photographer and models
- Picks clothing, shoes and accessories for the photo shooting
- Develops exclusive, creative and unconventional looks
- Creates complete looks from head to toe
- Picks shoes and accessories according the total look
- Assists on set during shoots including steaming, pinning and fitting clothes or products
- Accurately follows styling and shooting guidelines
- Works collaboratively with models, photographers, retouchers, make up artists, hair dressers, content editors, social media coordinators. Directs photographer if needed during the sessions
- Ensures sets, mannequins, styling props and shoot areas are well maintained and tidy
- Communicates workflow, organizes logistics of the items to be shot from store or stock to the studio and back, communicates with store manager, stock keeper.
- Keeps track of current
- Casts models, gets management’s approval
- Supervises photographer and retoucher, sets timings for photo shooting
Requirements:
- Experience in the fashion industry
- Degree in fashion styling, fashion design, or similar is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of stylish clothing and accessory combinations.
- Attentive to clients’ interests, requests, and boundaries.
- A detailed style portfolio
- Strong attention to detail, commitment, and communication skills.
- Good time management.
- A keen eye for beauty and style.
- Good sense of styling
- Open mindedness and creativity
- Ability to create looks for different styles
- Up to date with all fashion trends in outfits, accessories and shoes
