Sales Representative (EU Business Services)

Responsibilities:

• Searching for new customers
• Explaining the benefits of services they sell to new customers in order to promote and build loyalty to their brand
• Achieving weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets-
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
• Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our services
• Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services
• Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing a daily work schedule to Reporting Manager

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience working in a similar role in the relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Sale
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Preference will be given to applicants who have worked or has experience in the EU countries
