Sales Manager position is available in Global Interiors Group (GIG).

Gig is one of the leading companies in the field of furniture and interior design, interiors fit out and construction in Azerbaijan.
Construction, maintenance, area planning, interior design, furnishing, decor, material takeoff, landscaping works require a huge amount of time and energy.

Global interiors Group Company was founded in 1998. Over the past 21 years, the company has pursued the road to success by completing more than 300 projects in the country and abroad.

Since its establishment, gig is the official representative of steelcase company and various worldwide known furniture manufacturers.

Your responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Your background:

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Previous experience is not important. Having a strong vision is a key.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Excellent people management skills
• Fluent speaking, writing, listening skills in Azerbaijani and English. Russian is a plus.
