Product (Merchant) Support Associates

Responsibilities:

• Processing all requests from merchants and sending to the relevant department
• Ensuring delivery and signing of contracts to partners
• Getting data from new partner and adding to the system
• Installation of Payonix Merchant application at the new point of sale

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• Ability to work independently or on a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Upper intermediate level of English and Russian is preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Good analyze skills
• Professional attitude and approach work
