Job Role Responsibilities:

• Weekly reconciliation of unclosed accruals
• Weekly reconciliation of COINS Purchase Orders which open for a long period
• Following of completeness and correctness of daily PO creations by express and convenience stores
• Following up of GRNs posted by departments
• Workshop cost recognition
• Preparing Balance Sheet
• Checking accuracy of General Ledger Account
• Providing GL cost codes
• Following of unposted batches by users
• Other Finance related issue

Requirements to candidate:

• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with finance regulations
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
• Organization skills
• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Communication Skills
• Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills
