Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements
• İnvestigates the market with specifications and performance requirements
• Getting detailed information about the equipment and materials
• Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Responsible for managing supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery
• He/She is responsible for ensuring that their business purchases the goods and services that will best help them achieve their goals.
• Finding supplier partners that strike a balance between quality and cost.
• Reviewing past purchases made by the company.
• Review current processes for procurement and make recommendations where appropriate.
• Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages
• Preparing procurement reports.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Management and leadership skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Azeri, English, Russian
