“Sumgait Technologies Park” LLC announces a vacancy of Technical Manager.

Our company operates in the market since 2012 and is the first and largest Techno-park in the region. STP combines many business units and joint ventures, occupies a worthy place in the local and world market with its products produced under the brand “Made in Azerbaijan”.

Key Accountabilities:

• Act as a Technical & Industrial supervisor for all business lines within STP;
• Maintain integrated list of equipment and machinery by different production sites;
• Monitor equipment performance vs design capacity and BDP;
• Maintain and follow up preventive maintenance plans;
• Contribute to efficiency improvement and maintenance cost reduction;
• Participate in planning and conducting shutdown exercises;
• Contribute to sourcing and purchasing of CAPEX and third-party services: identify needs, provide technical requirements, support tendering, follow up service execution and commissioning, provide input for supplier qualification and evaluation;
• Define and monitor production and maintenance KPIs;
• Design improvement plans to achieve best in class performance;
• Be in constant contact with technical teams;
• Play an active role in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment within company;
• Prepare reports and advise management on industrial matters.

The ideal candidate for us should have:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Industrial leadership roles, maintenance, or production;
• Proven track record in building Efficiency Improvement plans;
• Strong project management skills;
• Excellent planning and execution skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong understanding of HSE standards, relevant qualification is an advantage;
• University degree in engineering;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
