Job Title: Junior Accountant
Reports to: Chief accountant

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Preparing commercial and tax invoices to customers;
• Preparing of bank transfers;
• Account reconciliations;
• Month-end closings;
• Preparation of payroll and all related taxes;
• Account reconciliations;
• Entering transactions in 1C program;
• Cash accounting;
• Settlements with creditors and debtors;
• Archive accounting documents;
• Prepare invoices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word);
• Bachelor or Master qualifications (Accountancy or Finance, Economics, MBA);
• An analytical mind;
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships;
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal;
• Good knowledge of 1C 8.3;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, intermediate in English and Russian;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines;
• Ability to stick to time constraints.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• The salary is negotiable.

• Location: Baku, N. Narimanov district, Alasgar Gayibov street 11b.
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00, 5 working days a week.
