Job description:

• The Product Owner is responsible for providing products that will improve the development of the business, for making decisions and results at all levels related to one or more products. In this case, the main mission is to create a product that will change the experience of customers in the use of banking products, improve the level of service. The product owner plays a leading role in finding solutions to create high-quality customer-oriented solutions that meet the needs, as well as in the agile (flexible) team working to develop those solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Improvement of customer experience and achieving business goals, Strong commitment towards key goals with a focus on improving customer experience.
• Development, introduction and improvement of innovative ideas based on the latest technologies
• Defining a product roadmap, future goals and solving related obstacles / problems
• Review of customer needs, change of priorities, identification of next steps and risks,
• Analytical thinking skills to determine the causes of problems and dependencies
• Ability to make decisions based on accurate figures and information,
• Team player and ability to collaborate with a variety of teams, including other product, design, legal, business and financial structures

Requirements:

• Work experience in various business areas
• Simple technical software knowledge
• Familiarity with digital ideas and trends
