Accountant is to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. The employee is required to handle, prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards defined within the department;
• Preparing commercial and tax invoices to customers;
• Preparing of bank transfer request to overseas, local payment orders, exchange order & letters to bank;
• Calculation of overtime & holiday payment against timesheets – once in a month;
• Account reconcilement of (AZN, EUR, GBR, USD) bank accounts;
• Entering transactions for local balance -1 C program for the above job
• Cash accounting;
• Preparing statement of accounts for customer;
• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports;
• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations;
• Prepare accurate work papers, schedules, and reconciliations for audit purposes;

Essential Job Requirements and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or a similar field;
• Minimum 2 years of accounting, economics, finance, audit experience in the field;
• Computer skills – MS office, 1C 7.7, 8.2, 8.3;
• The ability of being able to work with e-government portal;
• Able to communicate in Azerbaijani and English languages;
