Background

Green Farms International (GFI) is an international company operating in the agri-food sector, exploiting its own lands and trading agri-food products. Green Farms Azerbaijan, a subsidiary of GFI, was founded in 2016. GFA’s aim is to become a leading player in Azerbaijan in the agriculture sector through the production, transformation, and trading of high quality agricultural produce locally and internationally. Currently, GFA is operating on 5,000 hectares of uncultivated land in the Bilasuvar region. We are implementing a structured step-by-step approach to improve the soil and create a profitable commercial crop operation. GFA is looking for a talented Project Coordinator to assist the management team in the implementation of the plan and coordinate project efforts.

Job Description (main responsibilities)

The Project Coordinator of GFA will be in charge of coordinating project activities. He/she will be responsible in liaising between management and project staff, aiding in the development and realization of project goals, while closely working with GFA management.

He/she will be in need to:

• Communicate project goals and tasks to the on-site staff, as well as provide management with feedback
• Assist in project execution, delivery and overall project vision with supporting project plans
• Continuously assess and record project KPI’s and schedule progress
• Aid in preparation and communication of various level reports
• Maintaining the control system to ensure that project goals are met
• Develop routine project reports
• Communicate with various government bodies on corresponding matters
• Coordinate various project activities with suppliers and partners

Experience
