JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE

Responsible for testing and maintenance of Gyrodata equipment at the client bases in Baku.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Perform warehouse duties for all product lines and tools;
• Review and acknowledge relevant documention including operations manuals, maintenance instructions and technical alerts.
• Unload tools & equipment returning from the field and follow Company procedures regarding pre-job and post-job processing, including: tracking, cleaning, disassembly, repair, testing, assembly, maintaining and storing;
• Utilise Company software to support Service Quality, Document Control and Asset Management as a minimum.
• Load and pack tools and equipment going to client jobsites;
• Provide information to Logistics Coordinator as required for loadout/backload/equipment status.
• Gather, assemble, test, and load tool kits;
• Operate, assemble and test down-hole tools and equipment;
• Assist Logistics Coordinator (internal and external) as required;
• Perform asset control and inventory reporting, maintaining inventory and stocks consumables in shop as appropriate;
• Comply with warehouse workflow processes and safety guidelines established by the client;
• Monitor and make sure lithium batteries are stored in compliance with instructions / local regulations;
• Prepare and provide any other information upon request from the office.

HSE FUNCTION:

• Having a positive and responsible attitude towards the health, safety and environmental (HSE) aspects of his daily routines, thus contributing to the development of a healthy and safe working environment.
• Having a thorough knowledge of the HSE policies, procedures and responsibilities that are applicable to his job function, and informing his immediate supervisor of any procedural anomalies and omissions that impact on his job activities.
• Ensuring that he acts in accordance with all HSE policies and procedures that are applicable to his daily work activities.
• Reporting all accidents and incidents that affect him, in accordance with Gyrodata accident/incident procedure.
• Attending HSE training courses and briefings that are considered would contribute to improving/enhancing his HSE performance.
• Attending HSE meetings in accordance with Gyrodata and/or client HSE policies
• Bringing any HSE problems and concerns that he considers affect his work process or workplace to his immediate supervisor.

QA FUNCTION:

• Comply with applicable quality assurance standards.
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Previous experience in an engineering workshop environmnent.
• Relevant mechanical/electronic engineering qualification(s).
• Strong communication skills.
