Your main job responsibilities:
- To monitor sales channels and service points performance
- To prepare relevant report (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- To ensure deployment of retail channel and service points guidelines
- Timely update and follow-up time to market process
- To ensure high level customer experience in different sales and service channels through relevant guidelines, monitor tools and measurement methods
- To take necessary actions for elimination of program software delays in order to organize the work of the retail teams
- To lead assigned projects
Your education and work experience:
- University Degree
- At least 2 years of work experience in Sales sphere
- Experience in project management, customer services, working with partners is a plus
Your skills and competencies:
- Customer Focus
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- Drive for Results
- Analytical skills
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages (Knowledge of Russian language is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs
