Your main job responsibilities:

• To monitor sales channels and service points performance
• To prepare relevant report (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
• To ensure deployment of retail channel and service points guidelines
• Timely update and follow-up time to market process
• To ensure high level customer experience in different sales and service channels through relevant guidelines, monitor tools and measurement methods
• To take necessary actions for elimination of program software delays in order to organize the work of the retail teams
• To lead assigned projects

Your education and work experience:

• University Degree
• At least 2 years of work experience in Sales sphere
• Experience in project management, customer services, working with partners is a plus

• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages (Knowledge of Russian language is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs
