JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Opera PMS knowledge is a must.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Some experience in the Guest Service area
• Knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian.
• Salary: 500 AZN (net)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processes reservations by mail, telephone.
• Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
• Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
• Knows the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation.
• Ensure all direct billing requests and back up approval is passed to the Front Desk
• Ensure all arrivals for the following day are checked and backups are handed over/Communicates reservation information to the front desk.
• Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
• To be aware of all front office procedures and assist with reception duties when required.
• Configuring rates on the hotels property management system
• Salary: 500 AZN (net)

• Transfer from / to Baku
  5 working days in low season, and 6 working days during high season
