We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel operations. In this position, you will direct the day-to-day operations and activities at your allocated hotel location. Your duties will include managing personnel, collecting payments, monitoring budgets, and evaluating hotel performance.

To excel in this role, you must be approachable and detailed-oriented with proven hospitality or management work experience. Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and market the business
• Manage budgets and financial plans and control expenditure
• Maintain statistical and financial records
• Set and achieve sales and profit targets
• Analyze sales figures and devise market and revenue management strategies
• Train and monitor staff
• Meet and greet customers
• Deal with customer complaints and comments
• Address problems and troubleshoot accordingly
• Ensure events and conferences run smoothly
• Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings
• Deal with contractors and suppliers
• Ensure security is effective
• Carry out inspections of property and services
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.

Required skills/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or as sales director
• Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
